If this blog were my child, it would be taken away from me because I’m negligent
And God knows I don’t want that to happen, seeing as I’ve seen/heard what can happen in foster homes. I mean, I don’t want my blog to be locked under the stair and only released once they found out it’s actually the child of a very powerful wizarding couple. Hmmm… That might make a good book, I’ll have to look into that.
So yeah, life is good. My weekend was awesome, the International Day of Awesomeness went great, I managed to spread the word about it to some people at work, and some random people throughout the internet, I hope that Day of Awesomeness 2009 will be at least 100 times more awesome! (And as long as I remember about it, I will certainly try my hardest to do that.)
Ideas for titles of posts in the future “Fuck! or Why You Shouldn’t Curse on Your Blog.”
It was really only one idea… sorry!
After the orgy of downloading and gaming that I experienced over the weekend I wanted to start gaming again. I’ve even contemplated starting to play the drug that is World of Warcraft again, especially after the pressure a couple guys from work have been giving me. (A couple of the same guys who used to call me “Fag” when I played and they didn’t, oh the irony.) I’ve been clean for about two and a half months though, so I don’t know if I want to start doing that again. I’m thinking of definitely playing more Starcraft, Counter Strike, and probably Team Fortress 2. Because those games are all awesome! And we all know that you shouldn’t just appreciate awesomeness on the International Day of Awesomeness.
So I’ve decided not to have any goals this month (after having failed so miserably last month), I’ll try to recoup and prep for April, and see what I can pull off then. (If my lazy side plans well enough, I’ll post all my goals on April 1st, and then my nonfulfillment excuse can be a big ol’ “April Fools!”) Yeah, I plan procrastination and laziness. It’s what I do. Since I’m weird and inconsistent I sometimes do more work in the present to prepare for being lazy in the future. I like it when I get that done. It doesn’t always happen, but sometimes I manage to pull it off.
And that’s it.
