We were frustrated and Comcast said they wouldn't come out for 5 days. We were not getting a picture and they were not giving us any satisfaction or help. When we called the Geek Squad from the Best Buy in Downers Grove, IL, they made the time to come out and help us with the problem. They even managed to get us reception until we get a new box from Comcast. We really appreciated their kindness and prompt service. Thanks Mike and his fellow worker! The sales person Mi Mi, was just GREAT. She was very helpful. She supplied just the right amount of personal attention and information about the product that I needed. Thank you Mi Mi.
