Hopefully after reading this, your response will be you having concern? I am writing concerning difficulties and disputes with your Kennesaw, Georgia Best Buy retail store.

Specifically regarding Management as well as your Geek Squad operations. Deceit, lies and most of all the trust lost when someone from their company speaks!
 
May 18th, 2008, Sunday afternoon went to your Kennesaw, Georgia location. After speaking with Geek Squads &quot; Nate Budde&quot; , whom at that time did a fantastic job securing my faith and trust regarding the recovery of pictures on a hard-drive (HP Computer) which was (Blue Screening) yet with the error codes, ability to go further obtaining these pictures. 

My concern was investing $400 in a computer which I explained would purchase a new one if cannot obtain pictures. However in the event pictures were 
able to obtain, then and only then would they install (New Hard-Drive) purchased that same day. 
 
Making the necessary adjustments ($471) estimate they discounted the amount to ($369) upon evidence of hard-drive and pictures needing off old existing, Only at that time I would make the decision to have them go ahead performing the work, tasks if needed. Otherwise in the event information and pictures would not be accessible then and only then would I venture forward making the new purchase while holding off installing anything prior to contacting me directly for making the next step, decision.
 
Twenty-Two phone calls, emails and attempts were made over the past 49 days. Finally receiving an email explaining that work completed. Happily and thinking finally would get our old computer back and pictures of our children....
 
To my dismay, this is not the situation and consequently tasks not performed, discussed and completed. Having a phone message from Keith Hall (Geek Squad) Badge carrying whatever his level indicated...making everything much more difficult and ended up with him disconnecting the call beyond my control. Having never had ANYONE disconnect or speak to me as such...being I am YOUR  customer who paid in-advance. Leaving me with the ever lasting impression why not to buy or purchase items from Best Buy. Never referring ANYONE to GEEK SQUAD!
 
I am requesting making the repairs as stated, completing the job and all tasks.  That is really all I wanted. Not this or anything for free. Also not wanting to feel over charged to the maximum! Refunding ALL monies in FULL per my request. Best Buy in connection with Geek Squad did not perform duties, follow precise instructions while taking my family&#039;s memories into consideration. Avoiding me and their duties
for over 48 days while performing work which was requested not be complete pertaining to this transaction and me as your customer. Many many calls, 
emails gone unanswered. I make no apologies, it should be you Best Buy, Geek Squad embarrassed and shocked learning of these events. Which I tried
making peace with all the above mentioned. They just were persistent not to refund, listen or care enough on what is right, making the right decision.
 
Losing a customer over such a little amount of money, knowing you failed yourselves, your customer and all the above. In the end, hope this was all worth it?  Best Buy, Geek Squad will fail at business unless you always take care of number one &quot;Your Customer&quot;.

We were not getting a picture and they were not giving us any satisfaction or help. He very politely solved all the problems I was having and explained the solutions in a language I could understand.  There were no innuendos made as to my age or lack of knowledge  in the computer.
